The starting point

This started as a new year 2007 resolution in repsonse to the common request I get to put my thoughts and comments on the subject of organizations, people, performance, politics, relogion down in written form.

To make this work I have organized pages (chapters) to deal with the “structured content” that deals with organizations and performance, and posts to deal with the more top of my head stuff. Feel free to get in and share your thoughts.

Becasue I am in an environment where “freedom to think” and “freedom to express those thoughts” is grossly prohibited, it is necessary that you sign in first. I hope you appreciate the bureaucracy and my genuine desire to stay out of trouble.
