Discourse

If we ever got around to writing a book on organizations, this are some of the chapter headings you would find. The focus will be very much on “why things are the way they are.” The tone of the book will be to get you, as a reader reading the book, to go, a-ha, uhumm, so I see, well I be darned…, that easy!, etc.

It really is to drive introspection and push our minds to think of why do we make life and business so complex and complicated. Maybe it truly is complex and complicated, but then maybe isn’t.

So please do contribute your own thought and share with us your personal insights to enrich the discussion.

Please feel free to post your comments about the program or communicate directly with us here.

Pretty clever set up you have, I admire your resourcefulness, refreshing approach to dealing with real business issues in Malaysia, management and transformation insights. Perhaps it’s time to create a small newsletter for your clients delivered to email boxes of registered users, at no cost.

This website has the look and feel of a typical blog. Perhaps you may wish to upgrade it to something more familiar in the business world. Blogs are fine, but as the name implies, it can contain stuff such as Dow Jones latest breaking news to snippets on why Malaysian drivers like to pick their noses at traffic lights – thats blog stuff.

You may, repeat may, want to reposition the website – as a blog or otherwsie, but keep the Mindspring brand as fresh as it has always been.. Keep the good work!

Thanks for your feedback. Yes I need to put in a bit of work to to the blog and I hope to find time in the next 6 weeks to get things sorted out.

I do actually do a small newsletter but have not been diligent in circulating it. Because of my poor grammar and writing skills – editing becomes hugely time consuming but again, I should reall work on it.

    Once a gain thank you.
