The forth category are tailored made programs geared to:
a. help clients develop a team of change leaders, with the right “transformation” skills and capabilites
b. help the change leaders develop the skills to manage and roll out a full transformation program
c. help clients develop “governance” protocols at the Board and Management Levels to ensure transformation initiatives are appropriately supported, incubated, nutured and implemented.
In all cases, the design and pivot point of the programs are premised on the fact that to achieve superior, sustainable results, senior management must be free to think and focus on macro business issues, while having the confidence that operational managers are confidently and capably delivering results for the day.
Each program is designed based on existing practices and norms within your organization to ensure the issues discussed are grounded in reality.
