The goal of the “Communicating Change” program is to give “Change Leaders” (the people in organization tasked with driving transformation) the knowledge that underpins effective communications and the confidence to communicate effectively.
The key themes of the program is to:
• articulating the reason why communications is vital to business success
• clarifying the concepts that underpin effective communications
• demonstrating how simple “effective communications” really can be
• illustrating how politics get is the way of communicating change
• revealing the few key things Change Leaders must do to communicate effectively
To graduate from Communicating Change program, you will have to demonstrate via role pay a good understanding of the concepts you are trying to communicate and be able to then communicate it effectively.
