MindSpring’s 3 Day “Coping Skills” Development Program

The goal of the “Coping Skills” development program is to give “Change Leaders” (the people in organization tasked with driving transformation) the knowledge that underpins the human psychology in responding to change and the confidence to engage the organization as a Change Leader.

This is an invaluable program for you, as you will understand the “source” of resistance and how to get around it. Once understood, you will have the tools to “sell” your transformation in a way that is humanisticly acceptable and palatable.

The key themes of the program is to:
• articulating the reason why people are seen to be resisting change
• clarifying the concepts that underpin the psychological reorientation that everyone must go through in order to change
• demonstrating how simple “change management” really can be
• illustrating how politics get is the way of change
• revealing the few key things leaders must do for change to succeed
