MindSpring’s 1 Day “Coping Skills” Learning Program
Our 1 day “Coping Skills” Learning program is aimed at giving Senior and Operational Managers a comprehensive understanding of the human psychology and reaction to change. Just by understanding this, you will remove the mystery and millions of dollars you would otherwise spend on “change management.”
The goal of the program is to:
• articulating the reason why people are seen to be resisting change
• clarifying the concepts that underpin the psychological reorientation that everyone goes through in order to change
• demonstrating how simple “change management” really can be
• illustrating how politics get is the way of change
• revealing the few key things leaders must do for change to succeed
Like all MindSpring Programs, this session is designed to engage Management in thinking about the issues that surround change or transformation and to see that once understood from a humanistic point of view, managing change is a simple process. By executing well, it frees Senior Management to focus on the macro transformation issues and operational management to implement the expected changes to the business.
We will use the existing undercurrents in the organization as the basis for the workout, ensuring that the program is grounded in reality.
