What makes a good meeting?

Good meetings do 2 things and only 2 things.

1. make decisions and

2. set direction.

What makes a great meeting?

Great meetings have 4 ingredients;

1. clear Goals

2. clear Roles:

a. chair person

b. scribe

c. time keeper

d. process minder

3. clear Interpersonals

4. clear Process

What makes a brilliant meeting?

Brilliant meetings are constructive, engaging and motivating

    Today morning….I had a meeting…..I can categorize it as a great meeting (as explained above) though I expect it to be a brilliant meeting but it did not reach to that level. What amaze me is that, though before the meeting, I was motivated and prepared to take challenges but after the meeting…I feel different…wonder why???
